Investing in People: Team Growth = Client Service

In an effort to better support our clients and partners, Optimus Energy Solutions has added three industry veterans to our team. Spanning commercial installation, client relations, and battery services, these team members come with a combined 45 years of Solar Energy and EV Charging experience.

In parallel with this personnel growth, we are investing heavily in skill development for all team members. The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) recently held their annual training conference in North Carolina. Three senior team members from Optimus were able to attend, bringing their respective certifications one step closer to completion, and more importantly, bringing new knowledge and expertise to our client projects.

The more rapidly solar and EV charging mature as industries, the better the customer experience will become. Systems become more reliable, experiences more consistent and the domain of unknowns arguably smaller. Having developed from one employee at our founding in 2018 to being in a position to add this amount of experience to our team, we are grateful to look back on our growth and to see the impact on our customers.
